This Privacy Policy describes how Jujusměrka collects, uses, and protects user data.

1. Data We Collect

Jujusměrka may collect the following data:

• Player name
• Optional profile photo
• Game scores and leaderboard results
• Daily challenge results and streaks
• Basic player statistics, such as number of games played and best score

We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, payment information, advertising identifiers, or browsing history.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used only to provide app features, including creating and maintaining a player profile, showing scores in leaderboards, displaying public player profiles, saving daily challenge progress, and keeping account and game progress available across app updates.

3. Profile Photos

If a user chooses to upload a profile photo, the photo is stored and displayed in the app as part of the user profile and leaderboard experience. Uploading a profile photo is optional.

4. Custom Grid Background Photos

Users can choose a personal photo as the background of the word grid. These photos are stored locally on the user's device and are not uploaded to our server.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising or third-party tracking.

User profile names, profile photos, scores, and public statistics may be visible to other players inside the app through leaderboards and public player profiles.

6. Data Storage

Player profile data and scores are stored on our backend server so the app can provide leaderboards, daily challenges, and persistent accounts.

7. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account in the app. When an account is deleted, it is marked as inactive and the display name may become available again. Historical leaderboard results may remain visible to preserve leaderboard integrity.

8. Children's Privacy

Jujusměrka is a general audience word game. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect stored data. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.
